As a woman in 2025, navigating life comes with its own set of challenges. However, I stand tall today, proud and respectful of the countless women who have broken barriers, challenged societal norms, and paved the way for younger generations. Their resilience, courage, and determination have not only transformed taboos but have also instilled confidence in modern India.
There is a significant difference between being a feminist and upholding feminism. While the former often carries different interpretations, the latter is about celebrating the fundamental belief in equality, respect, and opportunity for all. The world thrives on balance, and both men and women contribute to maintaining that equilibrium. I remain grateful and indebted to my ancestors — those who stood firm in their beliefs and made the world recognize the importance of gender equality.
