In a Nutshell

Over the past two decades, my journey has been driven by a enthusiasm to bring about change through technology. I’ve always believed that every business problem can have multiple solutions—workarounds, process changes, cost-effective fixes, scalable models, and robust systems. But my approach has always been to focus on what the organization truly needs. Innovation is essential, but it must be aligned with the specific challenges of the organization. The outcome must help the business thrive, and that has been my core motivation throughout my career.

I remember an all-hands meeting at one of my companies where someone asked, “If you could have any superpower, what would it be?” It was a simple question, but for me, it sparked a deeper reflection. Without missing a beat, I responded, “I wish I could clone myself.” It sounded a bit self-centered at the time, but as I thought more about it, I realized the deeper meaning behind my response. It wasn’t about wanting to do everything myself—it was about serving the world with more empathy and compassion. I wanted to have the capacity to bridge gaps, address challenges, and make an impact on a larger scale. This drive to serve has led me to create and invest in multiple organizations worldwide, including Averon Solutions, Averon Group, Dimension Consulting, SNAD Developers, Intellogi, Claim Genius and many more. Through these companies, we’ve served global organizations—from small startups to large enterprises—across industries like banking, insurance, retail, manufacturing, security services, and more.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an independent contributor with leading companies such as TJX, Marsh & McLennan, Invesco, Motorola Solutions, Hertz, FA Bartlett, Stryker, Tyco, ADT, and others. But it wasn’t just about what I did individually—it was about what my team and I could accomplish together. Through them, I’ve been able to make a significant impact across the globe, helping businesses scale, automate, and innovate, no matter their size. My strategy has always been simple: identify synergies, collaborate with talented teams, and form partnerships through investments, acquisitions, or founding new ventures. Digitalization and automation are key to any industry, but it's the human element—the empathy, the collaboration, and the innovative solutions—that ultimately bridge the gap and lead to meaningful outcomes.
