My career has been a continuous journey of growth, with each stage providing me with new challenges, opportunities, and valuable lessons.

Early Career in Education
I began my professional journey as a high school teacher at Bharathiya Vidya Nikethan in India, where I developed a strong aptitude for teaching and mentoring. This early experience taught me the importance of clear communication and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. After completing my undergraduate studies, I transitioned to an Assistant Professor role at VNRVJIET, where I continued to shape the minds of future engineers.

Transition to Software Professional
Driven by an increasing interest in technology and problem-solving, I transitioned into the software consulting field. My career took off when I joined Siriinfo Solutions, where I climbed through various roles as a software professional. Starting as a software engineer, I quickly advanced into roles such as Oracle Database engineer, Oracle Applications techno-functional consultant, functional SME, product advisory, ERP advisory, and DX advisory. These roles gave me the technical expertise and business acumen to understand and solve complex problems in technology integration.

Principal Stakeholder of Averon Solutions and Averon Services
As one of the principal stakeholders, I co-founded Averon Solutions and Averon Services, driven by a shared vision to deliver innovative, transformative solutions. Both companies were built on the foundation of hard work and a commitment to success. They focus on providing cutting-edge services that empower organizations to harness technology for growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Founding SNAD Developers
Building on my experience at Averon Solutions and Averon Services, I founded SNAD Developers and took on the role of Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, I led the delivery of enterprise cloud solutions, helping businesses seamlessly integrate technology to drive growth and success. This experience reinforced my belief that digital transformation is a catalyst for business success.

Leading Dimension Consulting Inc.
As the President and CEO of Dimension Consulting Inc., I led efforts to create innovative ERP solutions that help organizations achieve operational excellence. My role involved guiding businesses through complex technology challenges, improving processes, and helping them scale sustainably. It was here that I expanded my leadership scope and solidified my commitment to shaping the future of business technology.

Education and Professional Mission
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Andhra University and a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. These academic experiences, combined with years of hands-on professional experience, have equipped me with the technical expertise and strategic insights necessary to lead in the technology industry.

My mission has always been to simplify the intersection of business strategy, technology, and innovation, enabling organizations to unlock their full potential. Whether B2B or B2C, I am always  keen on ensuring that every innovation serves a clear purpose and delivers practical value.

New Jersey is my home, and I cherish the time spent with my three beloved family members. My two kids, Niya and Dharsh, bring different levels of energy to our household. Niya, my daughter, has a calm, patient side, especially when it comes to playing chess and exploring her artistic talents. At the same time, she’s a tom-boy who loves running around and playing with the other kids. Dharsh, my son, is incredibly energetic—he simply can’t sit still for long! On top of that, we have Max, our little Golden Doodle, who loves going on lengthy walks with the family.

When I’m not spending time with them, I enjoy cooking, gardening, listening to music, and reading books. We also enjoy family retreats, especially playing board games together. Every evening, we host live competitions at home, making our place a vibrant hub of fun and laughter.

My better half is a fun-loving, easy-to-work-with person who maintains numerous personal relationships and has an extensive network of friends. While I tend to maintain a more professional demeanor, I enjoy spending time with his friends, and we don’t feel the need to spare separate time for it. We complement each other well, balancing personal and professional life with ease.

I practice Hinduism, but I hold deep respect for all religions. At home, we celebrate diversity by honoring both Diwali and Christmas with equal enthusiasm and liveliness, creating memories and cherishing the moments of togetherness.

Giving back to society has been a cornerstone of my life, stemming from a natural inclination to help those in need. While I may not actively seek causes, I always step forward when someone reaches out for help. Over the years, I’ve contributed in various ways: donating blood, supporting child education, contributing to community welfare initiatives, and participating in cleanliness drives.

This quote embodies my commitment to knowledge sharing, which I see as one of the most meaningful forms of giving back. Teaching is not only a way to empower others but also a means of personal growth. I’ve volunteered in numerous sessions focusing on technology, processes, and effective communication, using storytelling and relatable examples to inspire young minds.
